This well-appointed, fully renovated western home has all the charm of a country cowboy bunk house and all the comfort of a luxury stay. You will love the convenience of the large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, wide doorways, and the majority of the home being on one level ( the kitchen is two steps down.) There is plenty of seating in the spscious living room for y'all to gather for conversation. In this house, every seat is a prime location for watching the large screen smart TV. The game hall is perfect for a rousing board game or to find a quiet chair to read a book. Cooking up delicious meals is a joy in the bright and airy kitchen that has every thing you need and a few extras. This kitchenn is very well stocked to cook all your meals at the house. The shaded grassy lawns bordered by rustic old wooden barns makes the outdoor space as attractive as the lovely inside. Enjoy a meal out on the picnic table or around the fire pit that is outfitted with a grill top.. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles along the circular drive way and in front of the barns. Welcome SMOOR (Southern Missouri Off Road Ranch) visitors!

Very well appointed and had everything you needed and more. Nice furniture, very clean, and an excellent bargain for the $. Would recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.. Also had plenty of parking for multiple trucks and trailers.

The house was beautiful. Nicholas and Michelle added thoughtful touches like providing Keurig Cups in the kitchen, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the weather was perfect. We were staying here while we were looking at real estate in the area, so it wasn't exactly a vacation. However, the Ozarks are full of fun activities like hiking, cave exploring, water rafting or tubing. If you want a peaceful and very affordable place to stay while enjoying the Missouri Ozarks, this is definitely an awesome choice. I would definitely stay here again!!

Cozy place to stay, the bedroom with the king size bed does get a lot of noise from the traffic, beds were somewhat comfortable but not entirely overall we had a great time and perfect weekend.
