Historic Route 66 is only 6 miles north of The Redemption Ranch. Swim and relax in the private in-ground pool with a slide, in season. Grill your best burgers on the deck overlooking the spacious grounds and the firepit. Turn on one of the smart TVs in the multiple living spaces to catch the game or watch a movie. The comfortable beds provide a restful night’s sleep for all. We have just added lodging in the Tack Room on the same property. Inquire about the space if you need some extra room!

Soak in the peace and quiet on the patio, grill out on the deck, or play a friendly game of basketball or tennis on the full tennis court. This lovely 3,277 sqft, split level home offers 3 living areas, a spacious kitchen, working fireplace, a cozy sun room, back deck and so much more. Enjoy a family meal around the classic dining table situated in the farmhouse style dining room or pass round sandwiches at the eat bar in the kitchen. Step out back to join your friends and family gathered around the fire-pit, as the steaks and burgers cook on the grill. You may want to curl up for a movie in on a rainy day or setup one of the various board games for a little friendly competition. Enter in the grand front door and up a short flight of stairs to the main living area with smart TV and comfortable seating. The well stocked kitchen awaits overlooking the pool for you to mingle while you prepare your favorite dishes. You can feast together in the large dining room with space for everyone. or sip coffee in the sunroom overlooking the beautiful grounds. This floor holds the Primary bedroom with En Suite bathroom, the second Queen bedroom, Shared Bedroom with Full and Twin bunk beds, and a beautiful shared bathroom with decadent clawfoot tub. Head downstairs to the laundry room, second full living room with smart TV and pull out sofa bed. This level has its own full bathroom and the 4th bedroom with a Queen bed. Exit to ground level with the back yard with beautiful seating areas and the seasonal pool, open May thru September. (ask about specific dates). The Pool is available seasonally. It reopens sometime around Memorial Day 2026 (as for specific date).

Pet Policy: Pets must be fully house trained, only potty outside, stay off the furniture/beds, and be kenneled when left unattended. Please clean up any yard deposits and dispose of in the receptacle off the back deck. There are pet friendly cleaning supplies available in the event of a pet mess. If guests wish to use the barn/stall space, paddock or trailer parking area, the host must review and approve the request. There is an additional charge to utilize the stall/barn and or paddock. Guest with equine are expected to clean up after their animals. The spaces must be left clean and free of droppings or an extra charge will be assessed. Guests agree to use all amenities responsibly and at their own risk such as: pool, water slide (weight limit 180lbs), fire pit, indoor fireplace, horse paddock.

The home is setback from the road for a nice quite atmosphere. All of the surrounding neighbors are a ways from the home, adding to the private nature of this location.

Guest Access

The whole home, pool (only available seasonally- Late May thru September) and tennis courts are for the guest's sole use. Stall space and use of the paddock can be added for an additional charge if guest have equine of their own. The barn Tack Room has been transformed into a cozy little space that offers all the comforts of home. Be sure to ask about this additional Airbnb located on the same property. There were 8 of us in town for a memorial service, and this home was the perfect retreat. Beautiful, clean, peaceful, and wonderful hosts who willingly accommodated our requests. It was a good amount of space for our group. Very comfortable and well-kept. Thorough instructions. Everything was easy. It worked out perfectly for our family during a very hard time. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The house was very peaceful and comfortable! We spent a lot of time in the pool and the kids loved it! We were sad to leave but enjoyed our stay! Plenty of towels for swimming and bathing. Everything you could need in the kitchen too! We would definitely stay again. Host was always responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay! We spent lots of time lounging in the pool and relaxing together. With 6 adults, 2 kids, and a pet, the house felt spacious and easily accommodated everyone. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We had a lot of fun playing casual pickleball games on the tennis court, and the large kitchen—with a reasonable selection of cookware—made it easy to prepare meals. The host seemed responsive and helpful, although we didn’t have a need to reach out. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing few days!

This was our second stay at Redemption Ranch, and there was a reason we went back! It is still as relaxing, comfortable and clean as it was the first time. The grandkids, grown kids and grandma and grandpa loved the pool, the deck and the comfortable setting. Everyone looked forward to the fire pit each evening and had s’mores every night! We had great communication with our hosts when necessary, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Just under 10 miles from a wide array of stores, restaurants, and shops to meet the needs of travelers of all types. Local eateries as well as national chain restaurants are close to home, along with stores from Walmart and Walgreens, to Lowe's and Aldi. If your looking for adventure, this home is only 30 minutes from Springfield city center and attractions such as Fantastic Caverns, Bass Pro Shop and the Wonders of Wildlife Museum, or Lamberts Cafe and their famous thrown rolls. Or take a day trip into Branson for all the shopping and shows that are only an hour drive from your door.
