About

This spacious home offers lots of room to spread out with family and friends. 2 living areas, a large and well stocked kitchen, 3 TV's, 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms make this an ideal place to gather and make memories. The country setting with a fully fenced backyard, private pool and fire-pit is an ideal place to let the kids and dog run around. Fellows lake is just 3 miles from the house with a full marina as well as hiking and biking trails. Something for everyone!

Good to know

Please inquire about specific dates. Gather outside for a day filled with grilling and corn hole a night around the fire-pit. Take a seat on the covered deck overlooking the spacious grounds. Watch the kids play in the pool from the largedeck offering both sun and shade. Stay in and enjoy any of the 4 'levels' of the home. Enter from the front door to the main living room, kitchen and dining room. Take a short flight of stairs up to 3 of the bedrooms: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom with whirlpool tub, Queen bed, and 3 Twin beds, plus a full bathroom to share. Take a short flight down to the ground level that has stair-free access from the back yard and the King bedroom. The backyard entrance takes you through a bathroom. From that level, down a short flight of stairs into the large fully finished basement living room with large TV and plenty of space for the kids to jump on the small trampoline, play corn-hole, or one of the many board games. Our Pool is seasonal and closes on Sept 20, 2025 and will reopen sometime in May 2026.

Other Details to Note

The pool will reopen for the summer of 2025 by June 5. The pool closes sometime around Labor day. Please reach out for the exact date. For the most accurate pricing, it is important to input the correct number of Overnight Guests when you book. If you plan to have pets, please list them when you book. The Pet Fee covers the first 2 pets, additional fees apply for additional pets.

House Rules

No Smoking or vaping in the house. Guests may smoke outside away from open doors and windows and must dispose of waste properly. No Parties or Events. Children must be attended at all times when in the pool and surrounding fenced yard. Pet Fee: The pet fee is $100 for the first 2 dogs, and is included when you list 'Pets' among your guests. An additional fee is required for every dog beyond the first 2. (dogs only please) Pet Policy: Pets must stay out of the pool at all times. Pets must be kept off the furniture and beds and kenneled when left unattended. Pets must be fully house broken and potty only outside. Please pick up yard waste.

Guest Access

The private pool is available seasonally for guest use. Generally speaking, from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please inquire for the exact dates the pool will open and close. The entire house is available for guest use. The garage is NOT available for guest use. There is ample parking in the large driveway.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Their home, the peaceful location, communication and their flexibility. This was an emergency location (vacation hospital stay) made easier due to their care and hospitality. Highly recommend!!!!

The Majestic Oaks home is a wonderful place to stay. Cost was comparable to local hotel suites but much more private, comfortable and spacious. My granddaughter loved hearing radio music from the intercom system. There's a whole house fan in the hallway that we used to bring in fresh evening air through the windows. There's a well kept, Weber BBQ grill out back that we also enjoyed using. The downstairs laundry was clean and easy to use. They even provide the soap and instructions. It was nice that there is also basic cleaning supplies (soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, trash bags) available for use during our stay. Nicholas and Michelle are absolutely amazing hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay peaceful. They were excellent in responding to any questions we had and when an outside light went out during our stay he was there right away to fix it. I would definitely stay at any of their properties again in the future. They are great people.

It nearly ended in disaster! Airbnb cancelled my reservation without sending me an alert! The card that I initially booked the reservation with was compromised shortly after. My card company sent me a new card but unfortunately for me, I did not remember that I had booked my airbnb reservation on that card so when airbnb went to charge the card, it did not go through. Thankfully, Nicholas contacted me and asked me if I had meant to cancel my reservation! I had not! If he had not been proactive, this family weekend would have been a disaster! He went above and beyond to work with me and Airbnb to get the mess straightened out and ensure that we were able to rebook! Once we were able to get to the airbnb, we could not have been more pleased. The kids enjoyed playing in the large pool and there were plenty of floats for us to utilize. We had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Great stay!
