Hot Tub Rules • Use the hot tub at your own risk. • No children under 16 without direct adult supervision. • No glass in or around the hot tub. • Please rinse off before entering if you’ve used lotions, oils, or self-tanners. • Do not add soaps, bubbles, bath bombs, or other products to the water. • Keep the cover on when the hot tub is not in use. • No jumping, diving, or rough play. • Maximum occupancy: 7 guests. • Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM—please be respectful of our neighbors. • Report any issues with the hot tub as soon as possible. Guests with Pets or Service Animals must abide by Pet Policy. No Smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind is permitted in the home or in the hot tub. Please smoke/vape away from all open doors or windows.

Guests have private use of the entire home, and yard during their stay. Garage is available for guest use. There are a few items stacked along the wall. Please do not touch these items. 2 vehicles might be a slightly tighter fit with the items along the wall. Please use your best judgement about the size of the vehicles and how much space needed for doors opening. There is a long driveway that easily accommodates 6 additional vehicles, or trucks/trailers.
