We recently upgraded to a King bed in the primary bedroom! Gather with friends and family in the fully fenced backyard (6ft privacy fence) to grill up a tasty meal on the gas grill or roast marshmallows around the fire pit. Take on a game of Fosball at the full size table, or break out one of the board games for an evening in. The highspeed wireless internet will allow you to surf the web or pull up your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. Brew yourself up a hot cup of coffee with the Keurig or standard drip pot. Unwind in the walk-in shower or soak in the tub amidst one of the tastefully remodeled bathrooms. The sun room, wood floors and arched doorways will transport you back in time during your stay at this quaint home, while the comfortable mattresses and linens will give you the night’s rest you desire. This is a smoke free home. Guests are welcome to smoke outside so long as they dispose of waste properly. Pet Fee: The pet fee is $75 for the first 2 pets, and is included when you list 'Pets' among your guests. An additional fee is required for every pet beyond the first 2. Pet Policy: Dogs only, please. Pets must be kept off the furniture and beds and kenneled when left unattended. Pets must be fully house broken and potty only outside. Please pick up yard waste. Guest Access

The door off the kitchen provides access to the basement stairs and a foyer to the backyard and front driveway. The washer and dryer are located in the basement. There is a child safety gate than can be utilized to close off the stairs for extra precaution at the guests disposal. The garage is not for guest use. The home and yards are private and exclusively for guest use. Lawn care may occur during your stay, let us know if you need any special accommodations.

This is my 2nd time staying and it was just as great as it was the first time. Place was plenty big for my family and it was close to everything we needed and wanted to do while in Springfield. Will definitely be staying again.

This home was a great fit for our family! We had just enough space to accommodate everyone and both bathrooms were great! Everything was well thought out and it felt comfortable… they go above and beyond to provide the extra amenities you might need.. and are great hosts! This home was perfect for both adults and our dogs. It was spotless, well-equipped, spacious, and beautifully updated, with a private fenced yard for added comfort. The neighborhood was quiet yet conveniently located just minutes from everything you need. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nicholas & Michelle’s place was the perfect choice to stay with my family and pets! The place was pretty big, spacious backyard, clean bathrooms, and game room that has a foosball table that my family loved! House was very cozy. Hosts were very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend this place!
