You will be located just minutes from Fantastic Caverns, Dickerson Park Zoo, Springfield Regional Airport, Ozark Empire Fairgrounds and so much more!My home is easily accessible off Interstate 44 for convenient travel.

Good to know

This modern, 3 bedroom home boasts vaulted ceilings, large windows, ceilings fans, spacious living area, a large fully fenced back yard and a host of amenities for a delightful stay. I have taken care to provide quality linens, a well stocked kitchen and great board game options. The master suite is located on the opposite end of the house from the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom. You’ll find the spacious living room and kitchen have an open floor plan and are an excellent place to visit or dine together. The cozy leather sofa across from the large flat screen TV has 2 recliners, making for a great movie night. When you're ready to relax, you will find various streaming services are accessible on the Roku, Netflix provided. As well as an excellent selection of board games for all ages. Or head out to the fully fenced back yard to the webbed saucer swing in the shade of the 2 beautiful trees.

Other Details to Note

The swing is meant for children, one person at a time. Use at your own risk. Do not use and notify Nicholas if the tree or equipment appears damaged. No jumping on the swing. For the most accurate pricing, it is important to input the correct number of Overnight Guests when you book.

My home is NON-Smoking and NOT suitable for parties or events. Guests may smoke outside and should dispose of waste properly. The swing is meant one person at a time with a weight limit of 150. No jumping or rough housing on the swing. Adult supervision is required for swing use. Do not use and notify Nicholas if the tree or equipment appears damaged. Use at your own risk.

Guest Access

The garage is available for guest use. The closet in the master bedroom is not available for guest use. There are closets in the other 2 bedrooms that are available for guest use. Some of pantry shelves are unavailable for guest use.

Nicholas and Michelle were very attentive to our needs and made sure to provide everything needed and were very responsive. The house was just as described and perfect for us as a small group. If we are ever in the area again, we will certainly be reaching out!

Cave down for grand daughter’s 1st birthday with my parents. The house was perfect. We also hosted an early Thanksgiving dinner at the house. The house had everything we needed and it so worked out great. Beds and furniture were all comfortable. Would stay here again.

This has been our favorite place we have ever stayed. It was so homey! The place was clean and tidy and had everything you could need. I would highly recommend, and we hope to be able to go back if we are ever in the area again. I think my only suggestion for improvement would be that they didn’t ask for what time I was checking in and out. With two small children, we never really know when we are going to arrive somewhere, so feeling Iike I needed to give them a time and then make that time was a bit stressful.

Quiet neighborhood. This home was squeaky clean and had the best kitchen. Good pots & pans, storage containers, foil, plastic wrap, spices, condiments in fridge, huge pantry and ice & water in fridge that worked well. the hosts were very responsive and kind to our requests. Bonus garage was available so we were able to load and unload without getting wet as it was raining during most of our stay. Yard is lovely and when you look around the fence, the view is very nice. We hope to return and see more of Springfield.

This was our first experience with AirBnB and loved it. Cleanliness and pride in ownership is evident. The home is in a wonderful location to activities and the airport. Hosts are very responsive. The fenced backyard with a swing was a bonus for our small children to run freely and feel at home. We also enjoyed the many games available to play. Thanks for a fabulous experience.
